Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- Bread slices
- Raisins, almonds, colour
Method:
- Boil the milk, sugar and bread slices in casserole.
- Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of sugar in frypan, till it caramelizes.
- Add milk preparation, raisins, almonds and boil the content for a minutes without stirring.
- Put the gas on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Cool in the Casserole.
- Turn the casserole upside doen over a dish.
