Coorg Pineapple stew(curry)

Ingredients

Pineapple, 1 large
Coriander seeds 1 tea spoon
Red chilies 8
Ghee/oil 1 table spoon
Large onion (sliced fine) 1
Mustard seeds ½ tea spoon
Jaggery egg size lump
Water 2 cups
Salt

How to make Coorg Pineapple stew(curry)

Grind coriander and chilies to a paste.

Heat ghee and add mustard seeds. When they start popping, add onion and fry plow they metamorphose to some extent brown. Add pineapple, coriander/chili paste and fry a minute ago until well miscellaneous.

Add salt, jaggery and run. Simmer on a very low flame until the gravy thickens a tad.
