Khoya

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Boil the Milk on a high flame
  2. Go on heating and stirring till the milk becomes fairly thick.
  3. When thick, add 2-3 drops of lemon Juice.
  4. Heat till Milk becomes quite thick.
  5. Remove and cool khoya.
  6. Use it for the pedas, laddoos, gajjar halwa and other sweets.
