Rava Dosa

Method:

  1. Soak ured dal overnight and then grind to a paste.
  2. Mix rava, salt, curd and urad dal paste and little water to make a thin batter.
  3. Leave for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Mix chilies and onions to the thin batter.
  5. Heat tava with little butter.
  6. Spread the butter on the tava to makea dosa pattern.
  7. Cook on both sides, if desired.
  8. Make all dosa in the same way.
  9. Serve hot with Chutney.
