Dosa (Dose): Dosa has history, some literature mentioned dosa in their script in 100 BC. Origin of Dosa is Udupi, there are several types of Dosa’s such as Masala Dosa, Plain Dosa, Set Dosa.
Akki Rotti: Rotti like Bread Item, shape like flat and rounded. Mixing cooked rice and rice powder with some water and shaping flat rounded.
Chakkuli: This is like snacks and can keep longer.

Paputtu: This is the Rice cake which is like idli but it flat rounded.
