Karnataka is also best and famous place to trekking, there are many trekking places in Coorg, Chickmagalur, Dakshina Kannada and Uttar Kannada. Karnataka cover more than 200 trails. Coorg is the one of the best name in Trekking, there are dozens of trekking places situated in Coorg alone. Galibeedu, Kotebetta, Thadiyendamol and Pushpagiri Hill are some of the famous Trekking places in Coorg. Climate of Karnataka is not still in single position, it’s very tropical climate. June to September very rainy season, so it’s not better to trek and very dangerous. Kemmanagundi also nice and safe who want easy trek, it’s short distance trek. Kumara Parvatha is the peak better to trek, it is situated in the range of western ghat. Agumbe is also best trekking place, you can see waterfalls, beautiful sunset, animals while on trekking through wild.

Tips to Trekking (What to carry for Trekking)
- Comfortable trekking Shoes, Raincoats, Waterproof cap, A Fleece and Waterproof Jacket.
- Wear good quality pants and clothes (better to carry gargoz pants and tee shirts)
- Water bottle, Bags, Tent Equipments, match boxes or lighter.
- Carry Noodles and any ready to eat food packets.
- Climbing Equipments (Optional).
- To protect from leaches, carry salt and lemon.
- Sunglass, Gloves and Cap, Sun Cream.
